Join Us for a Golf Tournament and Charity Dinner to Benefit Joe Radzikowski!

Mark your calendars for the 1st annual golf tournament and buffet dinner fundraiser for Joe Radzikowski. The event is being held at the wonderful Pala Mesa Resort in Fallbrook, CA. The golf tournament will be a scramble style, shotgun start beginning promptly at 1pm (please be there early). Following golf, there will be a buffet style dinner from 6pm-9pm, which will include a raffle for prizes.

This evening will benefit Joe Radzikowski, a client of "Awakenings Health Institute", a non-profit institute that enables individuals with disabilities to maximize their potential.

This first annual Joe Radzikowski Golf Tournament and Benefit Dinner will take place on June 27th and will begin at 1pm sharp. (Registration begins at 12 noon!) We are limited to 100 spots for the tournament so be sure to reserve yours soon! You may sign up for golf or dinner separately or together. Everyone is welcome!

About Joe

Joe, an avid outdoorsman and nature buff, was injured back in 2006 after a traumatic car accident left him with a collapsed lung, broken ribs, and 2 dislocated cervical vertebras. Unfortunately, the surgery to correct his injuries left him paralyzed from the neck down. Not settling for this condition, Joe continued his therapy when he joined AHI. His determination and drive are truly inspirational as he continues to make progress.

Joe rocks!! He has always showed us a positive outlook even in the toughest of times. We are so proud of all of his accomplishments and his "never quit" attitude. He continues to make progress and we are so happy for him. We also want to give the biggest of shout-outs for his mom, Barbara. Talk about inspirational! The power of a mother's love is never to be under-appreciated!

Since the tournament is rapidly approaching and due to the limited number of golfer spots, we ask you to RSVP as soon as possible.

Same Day registration is available, though overall event is limited to 100 people. We can only accept Cash or Checks on day of registration. Registrants are asked to please arrive no later than 12 noon!

Can't Attend, but will want to help?

Awakenings Health is a 501(c)3 Non Profit organization and operates in big part through the generous donations from the community. Even if you cannot attend this amazing event, please feel free to make a general donation.
