When: Sunday, March 9, 2008

About: They Will Surf Again (TWSA), a no-cost program underwritten by Life Rolls On and generous sponsors, is the most popular program of Life Rolls On. Injured athletes from around the country gather together for a day of surfing! Some have not surfed since their injury, some have never surfed, some surf all the time despite their varying mobility. TWSA connects dozens of volunteers, with a handful of injured surfers, together for a day of excitement, joy, and best of all, surf! Safety precautions and experienced watermen (and women), along with lifeguards will be present. No prior surfing experience is necessary.

Goal Setting & Realization Workshop

@ Awakenings Health Institute
Saturday, February 9, 2008

Cost: $20

Are you ready for 2008?  Are you excited about what is possible?  What are your goals to make this the best year ever?  We all have dreams and intentions, but do you have a plan for their realization?

In this workshop you will identify what is most important in your life.  You will learn how to set compelling goals and develop a plan to achieve them.  You will  also  be inspired by other 's goals and dreams.

Research has proven that we are far more likely to reach our goals when they are compelling, written, and held accountable by others.

This workshop will be co-led and facilitated by Dr. Rafe Eric Biggs and Dr. Frank Starks, who are  both experienced in leading individuals and groups through change and transformation.
